Isolator

The Flexible Isolator is a flexible, closed-film system that allows safe and contamination-free dosing, sampling, filling and weighing of small quantities of highly reactive or hazardous substances in a glove-contained environment, with the equipment providing isolation of the operator and the product; the film used in the Flexible Isolator is tear and puncture resistant, and can be made from a variety of materials such as PU, PVC, etc., and is designed to meet the needs of the specific application and the process to be achieved. Their design is determined by the specific application and the process to be realized, meeting the needs of pharmaceuticals in multiple forms of production without the need for complex cleaning procedures and cleaning validation steps, making them particularly suitable for applications that require frequent product changeovers. In addition to low investment costs, flexible isolators are characterized by a high safety performance (<1μg/m3).

Equally suitable for sterile and biohazardous pharmaceutical production applications, the flexible isolator can be supplied with a recirculation interface to a hydrogen peroxide gas generator and can produce an ISO 5 clean environment with HEPA filter turbulence. Not only do we offer standard flexible isolation solutions, but we also provide customized solutions with full-size ergonomic operating simulations to meet the suitability of our customers' pharmaceutical manufacturing specific process tasks.

Air Filtration Options

We offer certified H14 HEPA filters with innovative disposable mounting brackets that allow contaminated flexible housings and used HEPA filters to be disposed of as a single unit.

Where HEPA filters need to be replaced, we offer Push-Push and threaded HEPA filters in tandem to provide two-stage filtration protection for exhaust systems.

Gauges displaying static pressure and filter pressure drop can be integrated into the operator panel with the option of manual speed regulation or automatic closed-loop control to reach set values. For high airflow exhaust applications, we offer H14 inlet HEPA filters to accommodate most airflow requirements.
